The movie The Fall of Minneapolis clearly shows that Floyd George overdosed, probably on fentanyl, on his own responsibility. Officer Chavin was wrongly convicted. Anyone watching the movie at https://www.thefallofminneapolis.com/ can clearly see the truth, that Derek Chauvin did not murder Floyd George. Officer Chauvin was stabbed 22 times in prison.
President Trump, please pardon Officer Derek Chauvin as one of your first official acts.
I think the J6 people and Tina Peters come first. Then maybe Chauvin.
He can pardon him for the Federal charges Chauvin pleaded to. He can’t pardon him for the State charges. However, he can direct his DOJ to look into trial irregularities which could be covered under deprivation of civil rights under color of law.
No. And can you imagine the amount of vicious criminals Biden/Harris would have paroled if they could do so for State crimes convictions?
Bump
You should refrain from repeating lies on FR. Chauvin followed the MPD training manual to a “T”. He knelt on the shoulder, not the neck.
You’re right!
Free Derek Chauvin, and move him out of blue Minnesota!
Doesn’t matter when Floyd said I can’t breathe did charging check respirations
if you can’t breath how can you repeat “I can’t breath” over and over again?
I am not “repeating” anything I know to be false. So therefore not lying.

Floyd was a scumbag. But he didn't deserve to die like that. How many damn times does someone have to say "I can't breathe!" and show signs of extreme physical distress before you take him seriously and change up restraint tactics so that he can breathe?
Floyd was already cuffed before he ended up on the ground. He should have been stuffed into the squad car in spite of his protestations and driven to the station pronto. Yeah, I know - armchair quarterbacking blablabla - but there was no excuse for these cops not to back off when it was becoming clear that yes, Floyd actually was in physical distress. They had plenty of time to do that before he died.
Yuo0- another key point=- Daniel Perry who chocked out the subway dude who died was alive, breathign and with a pulse when cops showed up too- He might get found innocent because of that fact-
[[They wanted revenge on the white guy who “killed” a black man, and they wanted revenge for all the black people the white people have killed all the way back in history.]]
BINGO- that is EXACTLY what happened- and facts be damned, chauvin didn’t stand a chance of a fair trial because of that very fact- and everyone knows it, even those who villainize chauvin and accuse him falsely of murder- They were not abotu to accept the truth
I do fear for his life if they announce he might be pardoned or even receive a new trial- the inmates will go nuts- they’ve dang near already nearly murdered him in a prison attack on him- Trump shjould move him to a secure setting before announcing anything first i think
Did you try squeezing your trachea until you absolutely can’t breathe and would die if you kept that pressure up too long, and try to talk yet?
IF Chauvin’s knee was supposedly on floyd’s death- a large man by the way, he woudl have had to been really shoving his knee down on the neck in order to compress the trachea enough to cut off the breathing enough to cause suffocation, and there is no way floyd would have been able to say anything, and it certainly wouldn’t have been clearly understood- Yet he spoke the whole way through the arrest, the whole time- until the drugs did him in- We never saw anything even close to Chauvin digging his knee into floyd’s neck
“As noted above, Baker conducted an autopsy on Floyd on May 26, 2020, the day after Floyd’s death. Baker reported that same day to the Hennepin County prosecutors, “The autopsy revealed no physical evidence suggesting that Mr. Floyd died of asphyxiation. Mr. Floyd did not exhibit signs of petechiae, damage to his airways or thyroid, brain bleeding, bone injuries, or internal bruising.”...
“that Mr. Floyd had three-vessel coronary artery disease of the heart” as well as an “enlarged heart from high blood pressure.” The methamphetamine use increased the risk of Floyd having a sudden heartbeat regularity problem. “Mr. Floyd was upset and anxious,” concludes Dunn. By resisting arrest, he set himself up for “sudden death from cardiac arrest, a sudden heart stoppage.”

Well doesn’t matter Trump wouldn’t touch that with a 10 foot pole
Okay, but that won't kill a person.
Floyd was a scumbag. But he didn't deserve to die like that.
He chose to take the drugs that killed him. "Deserve" has got nothing to do with it. He did it, and it killed him.
How many damn times does someone have to say "I can't breathe!" and show signs of extreme physical distress before you take him seriously and change up restraint tactics so that he can breathe?
You do know that not being able to process oxygen is a symptom of fentanyl poisoning? He was clearly taking air into his lungs because he was able to say "I can't breath."
The not being able to get oxygen is what happens when you overdose on fentanyl.
Floyd was already cuffed before he ended up on the ground. He should have been stuffed into the squad car in spite of his protestations and driven to the station pronto.
He *WAS* stuffed into the squad car. When you see him on the ground, it was because he was removed from the squad car. I saw the video of them taking him OUT of the squad car, because he was acting like he had a medical problem.
Go look at that video. Let me see if I can find it for you.
Okay, I haven't found the video of them pulling him out of the squad car, but here is a video of him struggling while he is *IN* the squad car.
I think you have been greatly misled about what happened. The News liars were pumping it up to create racial tensions to help them in the election against Trump.
Under Minnesota Statute 609.195, Murder3 requires "depraved heart", yet these 2 men knew each other. No previous Minnesota Murder3 conviction has ever stood on appeal, when there was any evidence that the assailant knew the victim.
If you overturn Murder3, you overturn Unintentional Murder2, and Manslaughter2. I cannot spell it out any more plainly.
Chauvin could be out on appeal in 90 days if Thomas More Society or even a top appellate defense attorney deposed Santamaria.
Trump is smarter than that he won’t touch Chauvin
Did he check George Floyd’s respiration when he said he couldn’t breathe. When someone says that you better pay attention. And Chauvin is dumb he knew about dealing with blacks causes and here he is being taped
