All cases will be dropped.

The problem is that the New York cases cannot "be dropped" because they all completed through to convictions, with the real estate case also completing the sentencing.

Merchan deferred the sentencing on the "hush money" case, but a jury conviction has already been handed down.

I suppose Merchan could still set aside the jury verdict and make a directed verdict of acquittal, but the Engoron case is complete and must go through the appeals process to be overturned.

Complicating this is that New York AG Leticia James announced yesterday that she's still on the warpath against President-Elect Trump and won't let the cases be overturned without a fight.

I wouldn't hold my breath. The Dems look like a bunch of a*******. A judge is suppose to serve without prejudice. It is the one thing they can be impeached for...and I believe it has happened before.

It's not over...
