The elections have consumed so much of our energy as of late. Before we close the door on the 2024 elections, it’s good to consider some wisdom from our founding fathers and other noteworthy Americans on voting.
I read a joke recently wherein a surgeon, an engineer, and a politician were arguing as to which one of their professions was the oldest. The surgeon said, “Surely, mine is. Since God did surgery on Adam to produce Eve.”

Trump received 62,984,828
Clinton received 65,853,514
for a total of 128,838,369
2020
Biden received 81,283,501
Trump received 74,223,975
for a total of 155,507,476
2024
Trump so far has received 72,623,882
Harris so far has received 67,927,989
for a total of 140,551,871
You’re telling me that 15 million people didn’t vote?
CA 60% counted
AZ 75%
WA 71%
A few others are still in the 70-80% range and most others are 95%
Might take some time, AZ averages a few percent per day, but eventually the number totals will get closer but they won’t include the 3-4 am ballot dumps that 2020 had.
10 million counted in CA leaves about 8 million to go. They’re probably trying to steal as many house seats as possible.
The House is up for grabs. Hope Lara is on top of things there but all good points.
