Frank Luntz pointed out after the 2016 election that polls are no longer useful — or even relevant.
What triggered him to say this was that the EXIT POLLS were even wrong — which meant people were lying to pollsters even AFTER they had already voted.

There’s anecdotal stories out there about people coming out and telling the pollsters that they don’t want to be identified as having voted for Trump because their friends all believe they were voting for Harris.
