I’ve thought for, some time, the left ultimately wants a CW.
Many of us across the land predicted riots in Chicago this summer, yet they did not even happen and not even a little. Know we know why. When Trump is elected the riots will start November 6th or so.
They imported an army.
They might be too dumb to know they will lose. Whining, name calling, temper tantrums and lying only get ya so far. They are too mentally ill and childish to know how to win a war on that scale.
I believe that the Leftist Progs want to stimulate a violent reaction, a Civil War, and then crush it with an ultimate goal of taking all power from the states with federal controls. They believe they can turn the might of the US Military on the US people and win in a fortnight. Arrest all opposition and smash Right wing media and make state control dominant. They foolishly believe that by imprisoning right wing leaders the leaderless masses will fold up, like they did with the tea Party movement. There will still be a Republican Party, and “Elections” but only approved people will ever hold office and the power will be with the Democratic Party and The Media/FBI-CIA. The GOP will only exist to lose to the Democratic Party.

Civil unrest is the bread and butter of the CIA and fellow travelers who overthrow countries for a living.
They kept trying to get it started with Trump but he wouldn't take the bait.
