Isn't 44 a little old to get pregnant, assuming you want a good shot at a healthy baby?

Could be an IVF situation at 44, but that’d seem a little weird for someone who’s already a mom of 2. Who knows. My great aunt, at 45, popped out a healthy baby who’s now pushing 70. Said aunt also smoked a couple packs of Kools per day, so go figure.
