That ranked choice is, to me, unconstitutional. One man, ONE vote. Period.

alaska has a zip file of a collection of JSON files(java script data file ?)with most of ranked choice votes. I don’t know how to make use of it.

looking at the explanation, it looks like write-in ballots ARE used in the rounds, so I was wrong there.

I agree with your point. Ranked choice gives each voter multiple choices. If it were ever to be adopted in an area where there were meaningful/swingy electoral votes in play, I suspect there would be a rigorous Constitutional challenge on that basis.
I’m with you there.
UnConstitutional, too, in that it takes valid votes cast for one candidate and gives them to an opposing candidate.
Isn’t that Dominion’s job? 😉
