Any decision to send North Korean troops to Russia would be in line with international law, Pyongyang has said amid reports that its soldiers could reach the front lines of the war in Ukraine as early as this weekend.
This is a developing story.

The Communist-faction of FR of course will continue to deny that North Korean soldiers are in Russia and Ukraine despite the fact that the South Koreans, North Koreans, Russians and Americans all agree on this. Putin is low on manpower, obviously.
Do North Korean men in uniform turn you on, Marcus?
Such verbiage -- like Putin stooge, Putinista and the rest -- is an attack on Free Republic itself.
The Russians are training the North Koreans to use stealthy, sophisticated drones. Soon they will be deployed against Ukraine and aquire not only expertise but combat experience. North Korean drone teams will be a serious threat to stationery targets such as airfields, military depots and important buildings throughout South Korea. Also the battered but still standing mullah regime in Iran will hire them to augment their surrogates. The drones are constantly innovating becoming more stealthy, more destuctive and very lethal.
Kim Jonk Putin liberate Kursk in 3 days!
If the shoe fits? Communists used to be tough, now they are a bunch of pearl clutchers.
Mr. Robinson wrote: "We are conservatives. Be respectful to your debate adversary (fellow FReeper). For example, do not accuse them of being a 'Putinista', 'commrade', 'murderer', 'baby-killer', etc, just because he may have a difference of opinion whether or not the US government should be involved in a controversial foreign war where we were not attacked."
Ironic that the west is so scared of a few North Koreans entering the liberation of Ukraine.
Sounds like the Neocon’s latest attempt to show that Russia needs help (North Korean, in this case) to defeat NATO has been TOTALLY DEBUNKED.
The most OBVIOUS clue was that South Korea was complaining about the Norks leaving the front line and going to Ukraine. As I noted a few days ago, rather than complaining, South Korea should offer to pay for One-Way tickets for the Nork troops to fly to Western Russia, and send Kim a Thank You Letter for lessening the tensions on the Peninsula.
Gotta capture them first wouldn’t you say?
Weird how the neo-marxists and globalists call people who question their nonsense "communists."
During the day, drones could be optically spotted fairly simply looking upward except on clear blue-sky days. A contrail plane could produce a contrail against which an incoming drone can be spotted. Drones could also be optically spotted by protective spotting drones looking downward.
At night, drones might be detected when they block out an astronomical object.
An optically guided gun could then shoot down the drone.
In the daytime, a downward looking tracking rocket or drone might be launched ahead of the gunfire to track the incoming drone. An optical drone detection/tracking balloon is another possibility.
At night, a powerful rapidly scanning flashlight might illuminate an incoming drone.
Downward blast barrage balloons might also provide protection.
Ironic that your Putin is desperately importing 4 foot 4 Nork midgets to try to liberate Kursk. Too damn funny!
And, Mike Turner told us yesterday what the objective of this propaganda is — direct US military action in Ukraine, which, most likely, would lead to WW III.
You're dense moron -- the biggest threat to the Western world is the globalist agenda of the Western elite, not Russia or any other foreign nation.
It's "shadowy" group. The WEF and the Soros' have openly stated what their objectives are.
I don't care what it takes for you to care more about the massive corruption in our country than Russia. Nothing could be too severe.
ZEEPER FOLLIES PINGLIST!(((PING!)))
