Putin was asked directly by ABC, who suggested it was a major escalation. Putin said it is no one’s business. And if NK troops are in RU it is in agreement with RU’s and NK’s recent agreement. He even trolled NATO by saying he would have to refer to Article 4 of the RU/NK agreement. *ala NATO’s vaunted Article 5.
