I think it’s more that it makes them - we’re talking preschoolers here - quiet and manageable.

Still wrong, but lots of parents would probably try it on occasion!

Here’s a novel idea. Parent you kids and they will behave. Stop dropping them in front of a tv/computer. We never had an issue with our pack. They were busy being kids all the time and we spent every minute we could with them.

If this were just a creative ruse about the power of the stickers, it’d be inventive, but basically harmless. 40 winks!

Who does this with actual sleep-inducing substances? Were their lessons not worthless enough to make the kiddies nod off?

Perhaps these teachers had ‘high’ ethical standards, and didn’t want to lie.

How many children do or did you have? Where I come from we don't treat children like that. We let them be children but expect some discipline will be necessary from time-to-time but not drugging, no matter how mild.

Maybe pre-schoolers belong at home with their parents instead of an early childhood indoctrination camp?
