It’s more like the Museum of “I Scream.”
A woman claims she fractured her ankle after “taking the plunge” at the Museum of Ice Cream’s “Sprinkle Pool,” one of several alleged mishaps at the viral attraction, according to a lawsuit.
Emily Robinson needed surgery following a trip to the SoHo hotspot on March 24, 2022, the Manhattan Supreme filing alleges.
Her visit turned into a house of horrors for Robinson, who suffered “severe and permanent injuries when she jumped and landed in the Sprinkle Pool,” the Oct. 16 suit says.

Hey, immature lady, it's for CHILDREN!
I'd bet money she jumped while someone was filming her for her Tiktok.
This case is ripe for a New York jury to award half a billion.

Put some ice on it.
Museum will shut it down and ruin the fun for other kids b/c one idiot wants a payday. What happened to shame?
Exactly.
People like this are why we have absurd warnings on some products.
Well said.
You’re probably right.
Yes, that’s correct.
I could swear I saw this same story three years ago.
In that report, the floor was also covered with bright pink balloons, and the complainers were both adults.
What are the ‘sprinkles’ made of?
They look like those polystyrene foam ‘peanuts’ used for packing things...
…unless the owner is a black Palestinian terrorist transsexual pedophile, in which case the half billion comes out of the hide of the woman who thinks she’s a five-year old…where’s that popcorn?
OK, I hope she heals up, but that really looks like a plot from a Seinfeld show.
How obese is this woman who loves ice cream?
“In August, the museum was served another lawsuit by a different customer, The Post reported.
Jeremy Shorr says in March 2023 he was left with an ankle fracture so severe that it required surgery and the installation of internal hardware. He blamed the sprinkle pool’s poor design — with the rainbow-colored sprinkles too shallow to provide a soft landing, according to court documents.
“We believe this sprinkle pool poses a risk of serious personal injury to members of the public,” said Shorr’s attorney, Daniel Perrone, who is also representing Robinson.”
It’s pretty obvious from the picture that the pool is quite shallow and not really meant for people to jump into.
