The Ukraine will never be allowed to gain nuclear capability. It won't happen. This is simply another deep state ploy to taunt Putin into further escalation.
Also, Trump would never have agreed that Ukraine needs nuclear weapons. Trump was most likely thinking to himself that he needs to get back in office as quickly as possible so he can have this clown tackled, shackled, and placed into the rubber room he needs to be in.
Trump wants to put an end to this madness and most importantly, extract America from any involvement in this clown show flirting with WW3..
