Laughing at us and how stupid she thinks we are. And she’s correct about most Americans

Her CACKLE, which HAS BEEN TAMED SOMEWHAT, is to cover up her IGNORANCE!

“Once diagnosed, however, pseudobulbar affect can be managed with medication.” I didn’t know wine or booze was medication.

Judging by the way she laughs, she’s conveys the notion that she’s way ahead of everyone and that she can’t believe how no one else gets the joke.

Interesting and I’ve read about it.

I’ve had depression on and off since I was 14 after a family incident, but after a head injury in my late 30s, I had swinging emotions....laughing and crying at inappropriate times...I took wellbutrin and a benzo for a while and it went away...after a while!

I haven’t watched her enough to be honest....because I’ve hidden from the news for 4 years except here to keep my sanity :)

I’ll have to watch her some...and then get depressed all over again lol

She laughs when she doesn’t understand something, which is often. It’s a simple defense mechanism to cover up the fact that she is dumb. She is stupid. It’s odd to hear that stated plainly these days, especially about a woman, but that’s accurate.

Its a defensive mechanism for when she has no answer.

It is obvious insecurity. Just like her other nonsensical rantings. She knows how far out of her depth she is, and that she isn’t legitimate now and certainly wasn’t legitimate in 2020.

I have seen somethings like pseudobulbar effect...it is usually out of nowhere ...
Her cackling appears to be more of someone trying to get someone to go along with some type of mindset or notion ...like a warm up person before a TV show...getting an audience to start laughing.
She clearly has been utilizing that technique to try and effect others for her whole adult life. She had reached the maximum effect of this technique about 4 years ago. Her actual performance at her job is abysmal and her incredible lack of competence and leadership is now seen plainly.
Her handlers are resorting to irrational fear of Trump, false praise, and outright lies to paint lipstick on that proverbial pig. The big problem is that voters can be so gullible they could fall for it.

She carefully studied President Fake-it-until-you-make it himself, Bronco Bama. Part of it is she is trying to fake being fun and likable, but like an untrained actress, exaggerates her acting to the point of it being unnatural, obviously fake, and forced. And for her, inebriation doesn’t help her any, but makes it worse. Out of necessity, some people have been acting since early childhood, when their brains were still forming, like Bama acting straight. For others, like Kunta Kamabla, the easy way was for sex trade, and wired her calculator for that instead.

Kamala, makes a statement, immediately assesses the reaction to what she said. If there is little to no reaction she usually says, “right?”, begins laughing and nodding her head. Of course, people respond to her by laughing back, which is a positive outcome for Kamala.

Have you ever been told a joke you didn’t get? Most people laugh back just to be courteous. That’s Kamala’s campaign technique.

However, pseudobulbar affect can be managed with medication.

Proof she doesn’t have pseudobulbar affect she giggles before she or anyone else speaks she’s just crazy no control speaks with verbal gymnastics nobody can understand.

The only place her party could have found her was at Hotel California.

I have worked with patients diagnosed with PBA, and they had a laugh much like Harris. But PBA is a syndrome which accompanies any of several neurological disorders, it doesn’t happen just by itself. So maybe when she fell out of the coconut tree she landed on her head.
