I understand why someone might think she is stoned. But I attribute it to innate crazy. She has weird
psychotic eyes embedded in a crazy visage. Her "turn the page" schtick closed the deal on total
nutcase.

Calif Gov Gavin Newsom and his wife who had sex with Harvey Weinstein when she was an actress... yuck! force grade school students to read their sex book. If the district does not “buy” the book then they do not get money for the schools.
