I think the crime was allowing others to copy data. It had nothing to do with chasing a phantom. It has to do with not securing your team, and teaching them what to do, and what NOT to do. Those who leaked info, were witnesses against her as they were given plea deals.

The log files ought to be publicly available information, unless they have something to hide.
I wonder what they are hiding?
