Wow! If Burlington and South Burlington, VT are at the top of the safest list, I don't want to set foot in any of the other cities.

CS has fire issues, hail, blizzards and tornados. The study did not cover the rough storms that can happen. CS is in the top three counties for lightning strikes in the US.
