SCOTUS didn’t repeal abortion, they only struck down their past incorrect ruling.
The constitution doesn’t give the federal government any right to permit abortion.
So, it’s back for the states to decide, where it should be.
If people really cared about democracy, they would applaud SCOTUS for moving the decision making closer to the people. If you don’t lie the law, it’s easier for an individual to move to a different state or change the state law. Changing any federal law or SCOTUS decisions takes decades.
I never said SCOTUS repealed abortion. Why read into my post something which I never said? All I said was SCOTUS invalidated/changed the federal abortion law, which is now a state’s issue. Liberals are publishing many examples of women who do not have the means to move to another state for abortion in timely manner, causing injury and in some cases deaths.
