It’s almost like Kamala knows that big piles of ballots have been pre-positioned where needed and that this one is in the bag. She doesn’t have to campaign or govern at all. The election is a month away, but maybe she’s already won.

I’m not so sure. I think a big part of it is that she’s extremely insecure in her abilities, while at the same time being arrogant as hell. Her own team seems to be trying to keep her largely hidden because she’s such an embarrassment every time she opens her mouth.
What other option does she have beyond hoping the bag is big enough?
