It was #Obama's own publisher that started the false rumor that he was "born in Kenya."
NPR later repeated the false rumor.

And then there was Hawaii’s Director of Public Health, Loretta Fuddy who signed the fake BC but suspiciously died in 2011 in a plane crash into the ocean. off the coast of Hawaii. Per news reports, no one else in the plane was injured and Fuddy’s body also showed no signs of injury.
The lie is the thing.
If the United States has an overseas territory called Kogelo, completely landlocked by the East African nation of Kenya, then yes, he can be considered born in the US.

I propose a lie detector challenge.
Obama is asked if he was born in America.
Biden is asked if he profits from war in ukraine.
Trump is asked if he’s an agent of Putin.
One would pass and two would fail, unless they told us the truth for a change.

What hospital was Obama born in? Why was the phony long form birth certificate issued? We don’t know where Obama was born.
Put all the data and versions of Obama’s birth and growth into a computer programmed with artificial intelligence and the problem is solved, I have faith that it can be done.

No one claims his father was a US citizen, making him ineligible under the Constitution to hold the office of President.
If I recall correctly, an executive at the publishing house accepted responsibility for having failed to adequately fact check the claimed place of birth. This would have been many years earlier, in an earlier stage of her career. I do NOT recall that she — or anyone else — ever accepted responsibility for originating the false claim.
Someone please correct me if I’m wrong, but this scenario leaves intact the default option that the biographical information came from Obama himself.

Personally...I don’t care where Obama was born.
Obama was never a natural born citizen.
It takes TWO IS citizen parents to be a Natural Born Citizen.
Time for another round of Blame Canada!
