A guy on local radio was saying how many bases are in the NC area and the number of helicopters and guard troops that could have been mobilized on Day 1.
Really sad how Kamala and Joe have botched this.
Yes, listening to Jeff Kuhner - initially 42 helicopters were searching for survivors, 40 were PRIVATE choppers and only 2 were National Guard. One private pilot said they were told to STOP HELPING and stand down by Feds (harris/biden)......
