Mr. Smith laid out extensive arguments for why that post on Twitter should be considered an unofficial act of a desperate losing candidate, rather than the official act of a president that would be considered immune from prosecution under a landmark Supreme Court ruling this summer. Okay, I'm still waiting for an explanation of how his post on Twitter is a crime whether an unofficial act or not so far I have seen nothing.
Can someone tell me what crime is being alleged here?

The crime is that he polls ahead of Harris, and Vance was a statesman at the debate cameras. So....it's "unleash the Beltway hounds of Hell!"
