The Army TOTALLY ruined ‘camping’ for me, LOL! Though I did camp a lot with my boys when they were young. We did The Boundary Waters a few times. Lots of fun and good fishing!

Also, they pretty much lived in our big tent at the other farm all summer when they were out of school. Worked for me! :)

Our ‘cabin’ is actually a house, but small and it totally smells like BOYS! I avoid it at all costs because it’s just more WORK for me when I go up there.

I just LOLed at your comment about the place smelling like BOYS. Every now and again I come across a ripe teenager. There’s a new young man at the self checkout lanes at Walmart. He has long hair, paints his nails, wears mascara, but sounds like a guy, has an Adam’s apple, has a figure like a guy, and SMELLS like a guy. Don’t get too close to him, or you’ll fall over. He isn’t fooling anyone. Just trying to get attention from somebody…anybody.

When my oldest (son) was a teenager, he took showers several times a day so he wouldn’t stink. He was paranoid about it. So I haven’t had to smell locker room (or cabin) odors for a while. The kid at Walmart is a doozy of a wakening. I wonder when his bosses will say something to him.
