to cut down on “coffee jitters”, take with theanine (which has several health benefits too- plus it helps boost dopamine levels even further than coffee alone- dopamine is the ‘feel good” stuff in the brain which helps mood, eases anxiety, calms stress levels etc

I switched to mostly decaf a few years back. Less caffeine works wonders for my blood pressure. I’m back to normal, though I don’t think it’s just THAT that did it. :)

Fresh air? Sunshine? Clean Living? Probably. ;)
