As we approach the momentous November 5 elections, there are plenty of people who can offer a more astute political commentary than me, so I’ll defer to them right now. What I can do is help ignite a fresh spiritual fire in each of us, knowing that, as we burn bright, America will be changed. Revival in the church remains the only real hope of the nation. You may have missed an entire article Brown wrote a couple of years ago featuring him offering groveling apologies to the "gay community," on behalf of all Christians, for the Church being so mean to them for so many centuries.

I've said for a long time that our only hope lies in the New York Times "coming to Jesus". I didn't necessarily mean it that they become religious, but they move away from my Tagline and become neutral. It ain't gonna happen.

ugh, yes, missed it. dropping like flies they are...2 Corinthians 11:13–15 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds.

I will go back and look for that, I know he wrote a book a few years back about gay in the the Christian community, but I thought it was more of a find Jesus and repent kind of thing and how we can encourage that (just as we would with any other sin). Why do these guys keep gumming things up!?

I'm not saying that Brown capitulated fully to the homosexual agenda theologically, but he certainly gave them ammunition to be used against him and all Christians. We can do with such "friends."

It's on the order of "I don't agree with you, 'but we can agree to disagree'."

Those words are poison.
