I think he’s sincere. Elon’s bravery in standing up for free speech has shamed him. He knows he shouldn’t have rolled over for the deep state.

I think it’s possible. He’s also become pretty good friends with Stephen Crowder, so he (Crowder) may have really had an effect on him.
