I was recently on a jury.
The dude did the crime.
He admitted it.
He confessed on tape to a cop.
There were half a dozen witnesses.
Yet, one lady was refusing to convict.
She did not believe the tape or the witnesses.
Not only do these people exist, but they vote.....

She did not believe the tape or the witnesses. Not only do these people exist, but they vote..... An example like this shows a serious flaw in our jury system. This woman was likely lying, and just didn't want to convict someone.
There should have been a hearing to determine if she needed to go to jail for contempt while the judge ordered a new trial.
