Kills Irene the store clerk - didn’t say if he finished that trial and what his sentence would have been. But it is implied that it wouldn’t have been put to death. But for the other inmate he was put to death.
For those that think the death penalty is not a deterrent, Freddie Owens has been officially and permanently deterred from killing anyone else.
