It would appear these elements are coming from localized pollution sources and these could be minimized by having better air filtration in your home and car and by watching for cross contamination in the home.

A supplement that has been used to reverse atherosclerosis I’ve been aware of for a few years is named “NanobacTX” and it appears to mildly chelate out some of these same concerning metals.

I have heard that half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of cold water will remove metals from the body. Of course a person has to drink the mixture every day for a bunch of days. Not an expert. I just read a lot.
