Did anyone in Cuba get burnt corneas and retinas? This looks more to me like an IR laser attack. Having said that anyone who has training around microwaves knows not to stand in front of the dish or it will cook you just like the one in your kitchen.
One way or the other we need to get to the bottom of this.

The only difference is that the Havana Syndrome was with sound waves and the beam at the rally was a microwave radio beam.
