The attendees all suffered from symptoms like blurry vision and swelling — serious, concerning reactions that all came on shortly after the rally ended.
ALL of the affected were seated right by the stage where Trump made his entrance.
Now, here's where it gets even more concerning. One attendee reports that a doctor told her she suffered from a chemical burn.

Unfortunately, this is a very easy thing to create. The inner cavity of the eyeball has a certain size. I do not remember the frequency but it is in the sub megahertz band. Used to work with in car police radios and if you were to close to the antenna, radios with certain frequencies they will give you eye irritation. Directional antenna and the right frequency could definitely cause eye injury. But also very easy to detect and locate since the power needed is fairly high. Probably over 50 watts.
Not this, because pepper spray effects are gone in an hour.

This looks more to me like an IR laser attack. Having said that anyone who has training around microwaves knows not to stand in front of the dish or it will cook you just like the one in your kitchen.

Do they have UV lasers? I know that UV LEDs are common. UV light can damage eyes and skin.
