Scouts are alive and well. They are elite Americans that rise above the common riff raff

They are still called the Boy Scouts of America...right?

It looks like the “Scouts” have lost 70% of their membership over the last 20 years DESPITE the US population growing almost 10%
And then...the scouts lost 50% of their membership in JUST THE LAST THREE YEARS, putting them at a membership level that has not been seen since 1940...when the US population was 62% smaller than it is today.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE AN ORGINZATION THAT IS ALIVE AND WELL?
