Yeah, well the problem with Jewell wasn't allegedly, but the FBI apparently was already incompetent and corrupt even before the Bush Cheney Screw Over and Steal the Civil Rights of Patriots Act.

By that point in our history the FBI already forget that a profile is just an indicator and is not actual evidence of wrongdoing.
