Good job on the pilot.
And, the Cessna 402 is not a new aircraft, with the latest versions being build about 40 yrs ago.
I'm curious if it's repairable or a write-off.

Nose gear and right main gear failed to extend. If the right engine was running when the plane landed, it will be damaged from a sudden stoppage of the propeller. Very fortunate there wasn’t a fire from dragging the right wing/fuel tank on the runway.
