I did, and I see the image on my browser. Usually when you dont see it, its because your browser has some blocking feature turned on.

I right clicked and then clicked open image in a new tab.   The source wanted verification that I was not a bot.

It was a gif of a pudgy guy in a high brow office saying,
Well, that was a waste of time.

That went double for me.
