In the case of the current VP, neither of her parents were US citizens at the time of her birth. They were in fact illegal student aliens, having overstayed their student visas.

2. Kamala Harris has been veep for 4 years.
3. There is/was no constitutional provisions that prohibited these two Natural Born Citizens from serving.
