ABC News has yet to comment on a document said to be from an anonymous 'whistleblower' that claims there was close collaboration between the network and Kamala Harris’s team before the debate.

The whistleblower says he has audio. He’s waiting to see what ABC does. If they deny it, he will release it.
You missed the point completely.
My theory, they’re scared that if they come out and openly deny it, and then the audio comes out to PROVE it, and Trump wins, there might be some sort of retribution. And they can’t have THAT. So, they say nothing until ALL the cards are on the table.
Oh course they won’t comment. If they did, they would have to explain why they allowed it to happen and any thing they are doing to punish those involved and their supervisors.
Still as we all learned from the Johnson and Johnson product tampering PR lesson, the sooner and more forceful a company responds to an attack on its brand, the better the reputation outcome.
Considering what is claimed, it is very odd.
Especially since Davis has essentially confirmed the debate was rigged, even without this.
