I just did a quick check. This story is being reported on some minor internet news sites. But there is no mention anywhere of the whistleblower’s name.

I can see a whistleblower’s name being withheld when he’s exposing bad behavior. But a car accident victim’s name would be public record.

So I kinda think the car crash story is false.
