Meghan Markle appears to be in royally hot water.
A bombshell new report alleges that the Duchess of Sussex, 43, terrifies her staff, with one source describing her as a “dictator in high heels” who has reduced “grown men to tears.”
The embarrassing exposé was published by The Hollywood Reporter on Friday, and is likely to rattle Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, who is celebrating his 40th birthday this weekend.
“Everyone’s terrified of Meghan,” a source close to the couple alleged in the article, which examined high-turnover among the Sussex’s staff.
“She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice. They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible.”
“She’s absolutely relentless,” another insider told the outlet. “She marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders. I’ve watched her reduce grown men to tears.”
Markle and Harry have had high staff turnover throughout the years. Markle’s top aide and private secretary departed in 2021, and last month, the couple’s chief of staff resigned after just three months on the job.
But the “Archetypes” podcast host is no stranger to being criticized for her behavior toward her employees. In 2018, Buckingham Palace investigated Markle for her treatment of two royal aides, which was labeled as “bullying behavior.”

A “grown” man reduced to tears by a screaming woman is not a “mature” man. This mature man would say, “Enjoy the rest of your day.” She’d never see me again.
She certainly has Harry trained to obey.
Meanwhile, Harry’s visa case was terminated with a sealed order.

There’s a new story that they’re shocked at some ex employee putting out lies. Which means they’re going to come down hard on all their American ex-employees looking for whoever breeched their non-disclosure, however trying to be anonymous. That crying detail might make the ex traceable.
This is their Recovery Year before they put out yet another netflick show with all their royal travels and this is going to get them really ticked off.

And does Harry’s visa allow the Harkles to dodge US, and possibly UK, income taxes?
If so, that won’t go over well on either side of the pond.
