And does Harry’s visa allow the Harkles to dodge US, and possibly UK, income taxes?

If so, that won’t go over well on either side of the pond.

Most corporations are listed in Delaware. Lawyers do that.

I don’t think there is anything nefarious in particular about having your ventures all registered in Delaware. Many people and many organizations are registered in Delaware, regardless of where they actually do business. Delaware has favorable laws, so they attract corporate registrations.
