The mice were fed a fair amount of this for four weeks, then given something to induce inflammation. The guar gum mice had terrible inflammation, while the cellulose group had little.
The inulin study mentioned is likely one that showed getting more than 20 grams a day can cause other health issues, especially in people with more severe liver issues.

H9me made ice cream is way better anyways. It’s just a pain to make, but on the sp3cial occasions that we do, it beats store bought anyday in my opinion
