That usually involves an automatic neurological response which he is unable to control. Damage at a structural level.
Even if he can maintain adequate neurological function for life, he may not have the skill for a football player.

That wasn’t a particularly hard hit at all.

I wasn’t sure why he was down....I thought he’s hurt his leg.

It wasn’t helmet to helmet.

He had the “fencing response” again.

that’s the second time.

For a relatively normal tackle.

He wasn’t slammed to the ground and like I said, it wasn’t helmet on helmet.

He is not made for the game...he is very light for a football player...and at this point it seems even a lesser impactful hti to the brain can have staggering consequences.

If he’s too young and stubborn to retire, he should be forced to.

Someone wants to take the chance of walking with a limp the rest of their lives after too many leg injuries...that’s their business

Someone want to potentially not recognize their kids by 50, that’s the league’s business.
