Provoke war?
Seems Russia has already started a war, they are just hoping and praying that the west does stay out of it officially.
Ask the residents of Kursk how well Russia is doing
I also noticed that the weapons are performing so poorly that the Russians have evacuated any airbase within range of these “useless” weapons, will see how the react to the 500 kilometer range “useless” ones

Our State Department and CIA overthrew the Ukraine in 2014 to use it as a proxy in their war against Putin. Since invading Ukrainian troops were firing on civilians, ambulances, firetrucks etc., civilians were evacuated, and the Kursk attackers were declared 'terrorists'. Putin is, at his leisure, picking off Ukrainians at a rate acceptable to him.
The weapons are not 'useless' in creating damage for those which escape jamming - jamming doesn't disarm them. But the HIMARS will not change the fact that the Ukraine is losing the war. The only true use for HIMARS is to provoke Russia into war with the West directly.
Once NATO took control of the Ukraine, Russia annexed a region along the border. The Western Ukrainians have been firing on Eastern Ukraine for years now. NATO built and trained an army in the Ukraine to fight and die on their behalf, under their control, and it's NATO's decision to fight down to the last Ukrainian.
