I’m on ‘X’ and FR, so comparing the two I find FR much more to my liking. In depth stories and articles and many different people.
‘X’ is full of bots and scammers...................

I finally became a paid subscriber to X after watching Musk explain why he wants paid subscribers. Basically, to put an end once and for all to all the BOT BS.
Are there any bots here on Free Republic? There are some posters who put up messages which are written a garbled syntax, and if you ask them questions, they never respond.
The only bots and scammers I see on X were in the comments farther down. FR misses out on a lot of stories. If they do catch it, It’s a few days old. It’s always the same people posting. I blame the pain of the posting process. I would love to post stories, but I don’t like going through it.
