I spent twenty five years in law enforcement. Those cops, particularly the one with what looked like hand tattoos. A simple polite “Sir, please keep you window rolled down”…would have deescalated the whole thing. That man should not be a cop.

You must not remember cops of the past, beatings were common along with all the other dark stuff.
