My husband and I are thinking of relocating to Greenville, SC or west of that area. Does anyone have any recommendations of areas and neighborhoods we should be looking?
We would like to be in a nice, established area that is close to conveniences. Pretty much a good area to walk our dogs and not too far out in the country - it would be nice to be 10-15 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping.
We live on the coast of NC and would like to move inland away from the Hurricane Alley.

A very good friend of mine has a brother that lives there, with his family.
He is Trump ALL DAY, EVERY DAY.
She is definitely a Conservative but isn’t vocal about it, doesn’t really want to talk about it, just wants to relax, chill and have a good time.
Talked to her a while back and she commented that “it’s getting weird up there.”
She described a solid liberal, Leftist aura taking over the city.
A while back I found an article written by a resident of Maryville, Tenn. it detailed a wave of liberal hipsters moving there and ruining it.
Happens everywhere and, IMHO, the root cause is “remote work”. And then they move to a rural area and then demand all the big city amenities.
