...said he was also put in handcuffs by police when he attempted to intercede and “deescalate” the situation.The cops really don’t want your help. Really. They don’t know when some helpful citizen might turn out to be an accomplice. Metro-Dade cops were wound really tight back in the ‘80s. They may not be any better, now.
