Not just egg but also avocado, beetroot, lettuce, pickle, cheese, shredded carrot and bacon. This is a perfect burger
My neighbor in Madison, WI in the early 60s was a spice chemist for Oscar Meyer. He once told us that if we ever saw how hot dogs were made, we would never eat another one…ever!
Yeah, normally the only people who eat one hot dog are little kids and little ladies.
I buy Hebrew National Reduced Fat Beef Franks (8g fat) and eat two. They sell a 97% fat free version but they don’t taste near as good. The reduced fat ones taste better that the full fat ones in my book.
🖕🏼 healthy, I want what tastes good.😁
Mustard, catsup, cheese, and sweet relish on my hotdog.😜

I love a good burger on the grill, medium so it’s still juicy. Two thin patties with gob of blue cheese in the center, a strip of bacon, some onion, tomato & lettuce, a little ketchup. A meal in one. Hot dogs steamed in beer with Aunt Nellies red cabbage and some mustard. Ok, now I’m starving.
Let alone that so many people will succumb to such BS
Me too. Yes, hot dogs are garbage food but eating one now and again is okay. Your body can handle it, assuming you're reasonably healthy. I'm also at a good weight and healthy.
The whole myth that with diets you "can't" eat certain things is nonsense. You can eat anything ... in moderation. Have a cup of ice cream (but not too often) instead of the whole pint. Sometimes I buy those little mini bags of Lay's potato chips because I love them. Only 150 calories and it satisfies my love of salt. If I bought a regular bag I'd eat far more of them.
It apparently being easier to feed the belly than the mind...
no wonder my most ardent liberal acquaintances always carry a certain scent everywhere they go. you know...that scent of the sewer system in the air when the plumber firsts lifts the toilet to fix it.
The Michigan hot dogs might still have some Jimmy Hoffa seasoning in them
Vegetarianism is Leaf Murder!
But when you put lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc on a burger, the choice is clear.
Plus, I love the taste of charred mammal flesh!
Absolutely correct. I believe Clint Eastwood clarified this fact in the original Dirty Harry movie...
I would argue the latter leads the prior.
Buy uncured hotdogs. It’s the sodium nitrate that’s unhealthy.
The difference is kind of a nothing burger.
“While that may sound delicious, it adds hundreds of additional calories and thousands of grams of unnecessary and potentially harmful sodium.”
Another “I hate math” type ‘reporter’. In this case, you’ll never get to ‘thousands of grams’ of sodium. You’ll be lucky to make it to several dozen grams without dropping dead.
