The outlook calls for a 90% chance of above-normal activity, along with a 10% chance for near-normal activity, and neglible odds for below-normal activity.

So they seriously blew their forecast and offer five BS excuses. Then continue to claim the remaining season will be very active with “16-20” named storms!

AccuWeather is predicting 16 to 20 named storms this season, lower than the initial forecast of 20 to 25 but still above the historical average of 14.
