I don’t know about whole grain breads, but plant milks are anything but healthy. They are entirely fake. They go through multiple processes with all sorts of additives and sweeteners to make them halfway palatable. I wouldn’t touch any of them with a barge pole. Simple whole milk is the best. It has least amount of handling.
Cow milk. Loaded with dairy fat, hormones fed to the cows to increase production. The protein casein in cow milk has been linked to type 1 diabetes. Anecdotal for sure but I have two type 1 children who had plenty of yogurt and milk in their youth.
