Maybe Putin is hoping to “get lucky” at a future summit meeting.
So, in case it isn’t clear, this wasn’t a serious commentary. Putin was quite obviously speaking tongue-in-cheek. In Russian, this is clear, and it is his trademark deadpan humor.

"electing" Kamala would confirm everything Russia believes about the USA.

So if Biden/Harris are doing the globalists bidding by opposing Putin and goading Putin into WWIII, wouldnt Putin then prefer Trump?
